Current use: SocialFlow is a privately operated automation tool for the operator's own personal and internal workflows. It is not presently offered as a public service to third-party users.

1. Operator and contact

SocialFlow is operated by an individual for personal use. Privacy-related enquiries: leonid.tsukanov@gmail.com.

2. Google data accessed

When the operator voluntarily connects a Google account, SocialFlow may request the Gmail API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. This permits read-only access to Gmail messages, including message metadata, subject, sender, body and attachments as needed for the selected automation. It does not authorize sending, modifying, or deleting email.

3. Purpose and use

The purpose is to identify messages matching criteria configured by the operator (for example, sender and subject), extract the information relevant to the requested automation, and provide a personal notification or structured result. The Gmail permission technically applies to the connected mailbox; filtering by sender or subject is implemented by the workflow, not by Google OAuth. Gmail data is not used for advertising, profiling for advertising, credit decisions, or sale to data brokers.

4. Processing and recipients

SocialFlow runs as self-hosted automation using n8n and a privately managed server. Data may be processed by Google to provide Gmail access and by the infrastructure provider hosting the automation. If the operator specifically enables sending a notification to Telegram or another integration, the selected information will also be transmitted to that service as part of that workflow. Email content will not be sent to an AI service unless an explicit workflow is configured to do so; such processing must be assessed and reflected in this policy before activation. We do not sell Google user data.

5. Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are held in the automation's credential storage. Email information may appear temporarily in workflow execution data, operational logs, or deliberately created records depending on the configured workflow and n8n retention settings. Data should be retained only for as long as needed to operate and troubleshoot the personal automation, and then removed. A fixed retention duration is not stated until the actual server and n8n retention configuration has been verified.

6. Security and control

Access to SocialFlow's administration and server is intended to be restricted to authorized persons. Connections with Google use OAuth and HTTPS. The operator can revoke Google access at any time in Google Account security settings and can request deletion of locally stored workflow-related data using the contact above.

7. Limited Use

SocialFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access is requested only for features consciously configured by the operator.

8. Changes

This policy may be revised if the workflows, integrations, hosting or use of Google data change. Material changes must be documented before the corresponding processing is enabled. The effective date above identifies the current version.

3. Цели обработки

SocialFlow отбирает письма по заданным владельцем условиям (например, отправителю и теме), извлекает нужные сведения и формирует личное уведомление или структурированный результат. Технически право чтения распространяется на подключённый почтовый ящик; ограничения по отправителю и теме реализуются в сценарии n8n. Данные Gmail не продаются и не используются для рекламы или оценки кредитоспособности.

4. Где и кем обрабатываются данные

Автоматизация работает на собственном экземпляре n8n и управляемом владельцем сервере. Для доступа к почте используются сервисы Google; серверная инфраструктура предоставляется хостинг-провайдером. Если владелец специально включает отправку уведомлений в Telegram или другую интеграцию, выбранные сведения передаются соответствующему сервису. Содержимое писем не передаётся в ИИ-сервисы, пока не настроен отдельный явный сценарий; до включения такого сценария политика должна быть дополнена. Данные пользователей Google не продаются.

5. Хранение и удаление

OAuth-данные сохраняются в защищённом хранилище учётных данных системы автоматизации. Сведения из писем могут временно сохраняться в истории выполнений n8n, технических журналах либо специально созданных записях — в зависимости от настроек сценария. Информация хранится только столько, сколько требуется для работы и диагностики автоматизации, после чего удаляется. Точный срок хранения будет указан после проверки фактической конфигурации сервера и n8n.

6. Безопасность и отзыв доступа

Доступ к управлению SocialFlow и серверу предназначен только для уполномоченных лиц. Соединение с Google использует OAuth и HTTPS. Владелец Google-аккаунта может в любой момент отозвать разрешение в настройках безопасности Google. Для вопросов об удалении данных можно обратиться по указанной почте.

7. Политика Google API

Использование информации, полученной через Google API, должно соответствовать Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

8. Обновления

При изменении функциональности, интеграций, хостинга или способов обработки данных политика обновляется до включения нового сценария обработки.
